I did not receive tracking information. Where is my order?Updated 3 months ago

All of our orders are sent via USPS First Class to ensure free shipping for our customers. However, as USPS First Class does not include tracking, we are unable to provide a tracking number.

Typically, orders ship within 1 business day from our fulfillment center in Richmond, Virginia, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.
