Shipping Method:
We ship all orders with USPS First Class Mail at no cost to you, straight from our fulfillment center in Richmond, Virginia.
Processing Time:
We aim to process and ship orders within 1 business day after they’re placed. You’ll get two emails from us related to this process: one confirming your order and another letting you know it’s on its way.
Delivery Time:
Most orders will arrive 3–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, USPS's schedule and other factors, so keep that in mind.
Tracking Information:
To keep shipping free for you, we use USPS First Class Mail, though this option does not include tracking. While we can't provide a tracking number, we’re always here to help if anything goes awry.
Delayed or Missing Orders:
If your order hasn’t shown up by the end of the estimated delivery window, don’t fret. Start off by visiting our article on what to do if your order hasn't arrived by the estimated day.
