Everything You Need to Know About HeySunday Shipping

We want your HeySunday experience to be smooth from checkout to doorstep. Here’s exactly what to expect:

Shipping Cost:
Shipping is free on all orders. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 day. For example, an order placed on a Friday ships the very next day (Saturday), rather than waiting until the following Monday. You’ll get two emails from us: one confirming your order and another letting you know it’s on its way.

Delivery Time:
Most orders arrive 3–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Carrier delays can occasionally add a day or two.

Tracking Information:
Your shipping confirmation email includes your tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress. Can’t find it? See our article “Where is my tracking number?”

Delayed or Missing Orders:
If your order hasn’t shown up by the end of the estimated delivery window, don’t fret. Start with our article on what to do if your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery time — and if that doesn’t cover it, reach out and our team will make it right.
