HeySunday’s Refund Policy, Explained

At HeySunday, we want you to love your laundry experience as much as we love creating products for it. If something’s not quite right with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it better.

First-Time Purchases — Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Trying HeySunday for the first time? If you’re not happy with your first order for any reason, just let us know through our Contact Form or by emailing [email protected]. Depending on the situation, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Here’s what to know about our first-time purchase policy:

• A “first-time purchase” means the first order you’ve ever placed with us.
• There’s no time limit on the guarantee — reach out whenever you’re ready.
• If your first order contains more than two packs, you’re still covered — refunds are simply capped at a maximum of two packs. Any packs beyond the first two aren’t included in the guarantee.
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Taking longer than expected? Just reach out — we’re happy to check on it for you!

Recurring Orders

If you have a subscription or place repeat orders, here’s how it works:

• Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.
• To avoid an upcoming charge or shipment, cancel or skip in your customer portal at least 24 hours before your next order date. Portal changes apply to future orders only — never to an order that’s already been processed.
• Received a repeat order you don’t want? Unopened items may be eligible for a return — see our article “Do you accept returns?” for eligibility, the per-item processing fee, and how to start one.

Damaged, Defective, or Not What You Expected?

Whether your product arrived damaged, unusable, or not quite as expected, we want to hear about it. Sending a photo of the issue helps us resolve things much faster — usually with a replacement or refund.
