At HeySunday, we want you to love your laundry experience as much as we love creating products for it. If something’s not quite right with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it better.

First-Time Purchases

Trying HeySunday for the first time? We’ve got you covered with our satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, just let us know through our Contact Form or by emailing us at [email protected]. Depending on the situation, we’ll either send a replacement product or issue a refund.

Here’s what to know about our first-time purchase policy:

A "first-time purchase" means it’s your first ever order ever with us.
First-time purchases of more than two items aren’t covered by our money-back guarantee.
Refunds will be credited to the card used for your original purchase and should appear in your account within 7–10 business days. If it takes longer than expected, just reach out—we’re happy to check on it for you!

Recurring Orders

If you have a subscription or are placing repeat orders, here’s how it works:

Once an order is processed, it can’t be canceled or returned.
To avoid future charges or shipments, cancel or skip your subscription at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
You can manage everything—cancellations, skips, or changes—right in the customer portal. Just remember: updates in the portal only apply to future orders, not those already processed.

Sharing Feedback

Did something go wrong with your order? Whether your product arrived damaged, unusable, or not quite as you expected, we want to hear about it. Sending a photo of the issue helps us resolve things faster. We might ask a few quick questions to understand your experience and make improvements.
