How can I change the frequency of my subscription?Updated 15 days ago

Want to adjust how often you get your HeySunday orders? No problem! You can do that in our portal, just follow these simple steps:

1. Log In: Head over to your subscription portal using this link: Subscription Portal.

2. Manage Your Subscription: Once you’re logged in, click on “Manage Subscription” and select the product you want to update the frequency for.

3. Set Your Preferred Frequency: Scroll to the bottom of the page and you’ll see a line that says “You get __ of these every __ days.” Choose the amount and delivery schedule that works best for you.

4. Save Your Changes: Don’t forget to click “Save” so your changes are applied.

Important Note: Make sure to adjust your settings at least 1 business day before your next order is set to ship. Once an order is processed, it can’t be modified via the online portal, but all future deliveries will follow your new schedule.
