You can easily pause or snooze your subscription by managing your upcoming orders through the customer portal. Follow the steps below:

Before you start

Changes apply to future orders only. To make sure a change affects your next order, make it at least 24 hours before your next order date — an order that has already been processed will still ship. You can see your next order date on the main page of your portal.

1. Log in to the Customer Portal

Visit the customer portal: https://www.heysunday.com/customer-portal

• Enter the email address associated with your order or subscription.
• Click the “Get login code” button.
• A one-time code will be sent to both your email and mobile number — enter it to access your account.
• Enter the code provided to access your account.

2. Manage Your Subscription

Once you are logged in, you can view and manage your active subscription, including your upcoming orders and delivery schedule.

3. Pause or Snooze Your Subscription

You have two options to delay your next order:

Option 1: Skip Your Next Order

• Click the “Skip” button located at the top-right corner of the subscription page.
• Your next order will be skipped according to your current subscription frequency.
• Your subscription will continue as scheduled after the skipped order.

Option 2: Change Your Next Order Date

• Click the three dots (“More”) button located in the upper-right corner.
• Select “Next order date.”
• Choose your preferred date for your next order.
• Save your changes, and your subscription will resume based on the new schedule.
