How to Change Your HeySunday Subscription Frequency

Want to change how often you receive your HeySunday orders? No problem—it’s quick and easy! Just follow these steps to update your subscription frequency:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to Our Website
   Visit heysunday.com.

2. Access “Manage Subscription”
   At the top of the page, click on “Manage Subscription.”

3. Sign In Securely
   Enter the email address you used when placing your order. You’ll receive a one-time password by email for secure access.

4. Enter the One-Time Password
   Check your email, enter the code, and you’ll be logged into your subscription portal.

5. Manage Your Subscription
   Once you’re in the dashboard, click on “Manage Subscriptions” in the upper right corner. Then, select the subscription you’d like to update.

6. Adjust Your Delivery Frequency
   You’ll see your chosen scent and package quantity, along with a message like:
   “You get [X] of these…”
   To change how often you receive your orders, click the “Every 30 days” dropdown and select the delivery frequency that best fits your laundry routine.

7. Save Your Changes
   Pick your preferred frequency—every 30 days, 60 days, or another available option—then hit “Save Changes.”
