How to Cancel Your HeySunday Subscription

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the HeySunday Website
   Visit heysunday.com.

2. Click on “Manage Subscription”
   At the top of the page, select “Manage Subscription.”

3. Sign In to Your Account
   Enter the email address associated with your HeySunday account and click “Send Login Code to My Email.”
   You’ll receive a verification code in your inbox shortly.

4. Enter the Verification Code
   Open your email, find the message from HeySunday, and enter the code provided to access your subscription portal.

5. Access Your Subscription Settings
   Once logged in, click “Manage Subscriptions” and select “Manage this Subscription.”
   Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

6. Cancel Your Subscription
   Click “Cancel Subscription.”
   At this point, you’ll also have the option to pause your subscription—just in case you’re considering returning in the future.

7. Confirm Cancellation
   If you wish to continue with cancellation, click “Cancel Subscription.”
   You’ll be asked to select a reason for canceling—your feedback is valuable and helps us improve.

8. Complete the Cancellation
   After confirming, a brief questionnaire may appear. Once complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know your subscription has been successfully canceled.
