We’ve made it super easy to tailor your subscription exactly how you want it in our online portal! In your subscription portal, you can adjust your product, change the delivery frequency, reschedule or skip an order, snooze your subscription, add new products, update your payment method or address, and even cancel if needed (though we’d hate to see you go!).

To sign in, just use the email address you used when placing your order. We’ll send you a one-time password straight to your inbox so you can get in, easy-peasy.

Please Note:

We process orders overnight, so please be sure to make any changes to your subscription at least 24 hours in advance of your next order. Once an order is processed, it’s already packed up and on its way, so unfortunately, we can’t make edits or cancellations for the given order after that.
